The Photography of Benj Gershman
through September 8, 2010. Our gallery is open from Noon to 7PM Thursday through Sunday at Bowery Gallery @ 315 Bowery.
Please join us for a celebration of photographer and bass player Benj Gershman’s
celebration of O.A.R.'s upcoming 15 year anniversary. The exhibit will consist of 25 original photographs by Gershman that were taken while on the road. All images will be available for purchase on site and a portion of the proceeds will go to O.A.R.'s Heard The World Fund (www.heardtheworld.org), which supports youth, education and sustainable programs in the United States and abroad.

Curt Gunther Beatles show continues to draw crowds to SoHo

In 1964, Beatles press officer Derek Taylor convinced Beatles manager Brian Epstein that the Beatles should have a professional photographer accompany them on their first US tour in 1964. The Morrison Hotel is proud to feature for the first time the premiere exhibition and sale of Curt Gunther Beatles photographs. The show will start in our SoHo gallery on June 18th and run through the middle of July.

What's up in The Bowery?

Here's a selection of some of the photographs that we have hanging at our gallery in the Bowery. We also have some original paintings by Ryan Adams and Adam Green plus some great posters on sale for 40.00 each.
We are located at 313 Bowery at Bleecker Street in the East Village. Our hours are from noon to 7 PM Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Joel Brodsky, Hand-Signed Editions

In 2007 our friend and professional photographer Joel Brodsky passed away. Joel's extraordinary photography has remained an iconic staple of the Morrison Hotel Gallery. At the time of Joel's passing, and in cooperation with his estate, we put a moratorium on all of his signed images. Until now we have only offered estate stamped prints.
On May 20th we are releasing Joel Brodsky's hand-signed prints. These limited edition prints are very rare and highly collectable. They will be available for viewing in our SoHo Loft beginning May 20th at 124 Prince Street, New York City.
In addition, the Brodsky estate has requested a portion of the sales of these photographs be donated to The Barton Center Boys and Girls Camp for the treatment of childhood diabetes.
