Morrison Hotel Gallery's Pop Up gallery was a rockin gathering place at the festival, for legends of past and present. With over 80 beautiful fine art prints and film posters on sale on site, festival creator Lou Adler and MONTEREY POP filmmaker D.A. Pennebaker (pictured here with gallery co-owners Peter Blachley, Rich Horowitz and Joseph Baldassare of Arthouse 18) convened to absorb the imagery along with iconic producer and manager of the Rolling Stones, Andrew Loog Oldham, artist Jack Johnson and other luminaries.
Henry Diltz, co-owner of the Morrison Hotel Gallery, and the official photographer of the 1967 Monterey Pop Festival, held court along with photographers Elaine Mayes, Jerry de Wilde and Lisa Law. Photographers Danny Clinch and Jay Blakesberg, who is a new addition to Morrison Hotel Gallery, were busy documenting the incredible talent on site at Monterey Pop Festival 2017.
