Best Rock Photos of the 1980s

Morrison Hotel Gallery is proud to present this gallery of '80s rock and roll photography for sale! Rock music in the 1980s was defined by many subgenres, with hard rock taking precedence and glam rock exploding into popularity. Bands like Aerosmith, AC/DC, and Kiss continued to grow their fan base. Ozzy Osbourne took off on his very successful solo career from Black Sabbath. Many of the female rock legends that had started out in the '70s claimed their road to fame in the '80s like Pat Benatar, Ann and Nancy Wilson of Heart, and Chrissie Hynde, founding member of The Pretenders. New bands that took off into mainstream success were formed in this decade like Metallica and Red Hot Chili Peppers, with unique sounds and amazing guitar and bass talent that would last through a lifetime of fans.
