Remembering Neil Peart, Rush Drummer & Lyricist

Among music history's most prolific drummers and certainly the youngest to have been inducted to the Modern Drummer Hall of Fame, Neil Peart is fondly remembered not only for lending drum fills to time-honored hits like "Tom Sawyer" or imaginative lyrics to favorites such as "By-Tor and The Snow Dog" but for the fighter and bona fide legend he continues to be. In his memory, Morrison Hotel Gallery is pleased to share this selection of exceptional images from the archives featuring Peart and the bandmates who worked with him most closely over the years.
