© Eric Skipsey, 2017

Photographer Eric Skipsey was sent on assignment to the Beverly Hills Hotel in 1961 to shoot Marilyn Monroe. When he arrived her people said to him, "You only have 10 minutes," but in her inimitable way she said to him, "Take all the time you need." The refreshments were champagne, the dog in tow a gift from Frank Sinatra named Maf Honey and the resulting pictures, classic!
