"Neil Young is the folk poet not just of my generation, but of three generations after. With his grunge boots, his plaid shirt, and his
long hair flowing freely, he speaks of the things in life that concern us all: Loving, leaving, and confronting industrial polluters and war makers. In the 70s I spent a number of weekends at his home in Redwood City and Malibu, California where these photos were taken. Neil is a big collector of old cars. The one on the left is a WWII Army
Jeep and the one on the right is an old 1950s Coupe." --Henry Diltz
