The Police pose backstage just before a concert in Koln, Germany. The photographer pounded at the back door and was let in by Stu. Andy said a warm hello. Sting was preoccupied while Andy talked the group into posing for the photographer for a couple of minutes in order to compensate the fact that photos made earlier were used in their tour program without payment to or permission from the photographer. Upon submission of the photos, the band claimed that they did not fit their image, however, they were used anyway, and band manager Miles Copeland told the photographer that all images of the Police belonged to him. This session is payment for the tour book photos. -- Barry Schultz
